Shipping Services

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for small, medium, and large parcels. Delivery typically within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Zone 1 (France, Germany, Ireland, Denmark)
We ship via Royal Mail International Tracked. Rates are based on parcel weight (0–1kg, 1–2kg, 2–5kg). Delivery typically within 10–14 working days.
Zone 2 (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden)
We ship via Royal Mail International Shipping. Rates are based on parcel weight (0–1kg, 1–2kg, 2–5kg). Delivery typically within 10–14 working days.

We ship via Royal Mail International Mail for small, medium, and large parcels. Delivery typically within 10–14 working days.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel weight, and selected service. All prices are displayed in your local currency before you complete your order.
Duties & Import Taxes
For orders outside the UK, import duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in our quoted shipping price.
Packaging
We wrap every clay order in kraft paper and recycled materials, minimising plastic and using compostable void fill wherever possible.
